Fathema Zohura

She/Her
Half Bangladeshi half American, Fathema is driven by the importance of medicine as a field and the need to heal others. Fathema works in a private practice in New York as a Medical Assistant.
As a Domestic Violence survivor, she knows firsthand the challenges of overcoming difficult situations and building resilience.
Flavie Fuentes

A mother of 3, Flavie Fuentes is the Vice President for Pro Bono Partnerships at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press where she is developing ProJourn, an innovative pro bono program to support local journalists.

Sarah Whitlock
Social Worker
A social worker focused on human rights and social justice, Sarah joins Women4Women to partner with women facing gender-based violence and break down barriers to their economic freedom. Sarah has experience in navigating NYC’s child welfare system and advocating for and with mothers to reunify and stabilize families. Sarah lives in Brooklyn and is passionate about serving her community.
Dyna Tucker
Clinical Supervisor
Dyna Tucker is a licensed clinical therapist and marriage and family therapist specializing in couples. She has more than 10+ years in the field as a Social Worker. She works with couples to identify and address the issues that are keeping their relationships from moving forward. She also empowers individuals to make changes in their lives by helping them confront the belief systems that have kept them from developing into their best selves. Dyna also provided clinical supervision to pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians. She enjoys helping clinicians put theory to practice, and assist in their growth as therapists..

Jenna is a mother of five and a survivor of domestic violence who is passionate about helping women find freedom and healing. She is honored to support women as they take brave steps toward safety, strength, and a new beginning.
Sébastien Guinchard
Passionate about creating positive change, Sébastien joined Women4Women to contribute his skills in financial planning and strategy. As a dedicated father of three, a marathon enthusiast, and an avid lover of nature and music, he is committed to supporting the organization’s mission of aiding women who have survived domestic violence. Proudly working alongside his wife, Flavie, who serves on the board, Sébastien is excited to play a role in shaping the funding and spending vision for a brighter, more empowered future for these resilient individuals.
Julia Guele
After practicing as a lawyer in France for ten years, specializing in labor and immigration law, Julia has always been deeply committed to supporting people facing vulnerable or difficult situations.
Being a mother of two children has made her even more aware of how deeply issues of safety, dignity, and protection can affect women and families.
She moved to Brooklyn, New York, in 2025 and joined Women4Women in June 2026, bringing her legal experience and research skills to support the Organization and its mission while connecting with her local community.
