Our Vision and Mission
Women4Women is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, apolitical organization. We founded the organization in 2021 in Brooklyn to assist underserved women facing unfair social and economic challenges. Friends at heart, we decided to join forces to help survivors of domestic violence by bringing our networks together and putting our skills to work.
Our aspiration is that no mother or child lives in poverty when our community comes together.
Our Program Participants will thrive by reaching financial independence. We call them “Thrivers” as they are so much more than survivors.
“Before I was like in a dark room. I was destroyed mentally, physically, financially. I thought I would never be able to survive. I am grateful for the support of Women4Women. Together we achieved a lot and new opportunities await. I was struggling in the past and now I feel safe, confident, and hopeful for tomorrow. ”

What we mean by “domestic violence”
Our organization adopts the following definition of domestic
violence:
“Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one partner to gain or maintain power and control over another intimate partner. Domestic violence can be physical, sexual, emotional, economic, psychological, or technological actions or threats of actions or other patterns of coercive behavior that influence another person within an intimate partner relationship“.
